After School Staff person assists in leading a group of students age Pre-K to 4th grade in enrichment based programming. Staff duties include keeping attendance records, monitoring child behavior, helping with daily homework/reading time, and leading games and activities.
The Building Supervisor will be responsible for the
effective and efficient operation of the Marshall Area YMCA during evening and weekend hours and the monitoring of all part-time hourly personnel. Must be courteous, friendly, and efficient in providing service to YMCA members and guests.

Under the direction of the Director of Personal Wellness a Personal Trainer is responsible for developing and implementing specific fitness programs for each individual or small group of clients they are working with. Hours can range greatly, dependent upon when the clients’ want to train and what works best for them in their personal schedules. Most sessions last 1 hour in length and can be set up anytime between 5:15am and 9:30pm. As a Personal Trainer you may also have some flexibility in your schedule and when you schedule individual training sessions.
WE NEED PEOPLE WHO LOVE TO TEACH Swimming Lesson Instructor must be an energetic, dedicated and motivated individual who enjoys swimming and teaching children of all ages. Must be available Tuesday & Thursday evenings, and Saturday mornings.
Youth Sports Instructor is responsible for developing (lesson plans) and implementing sports programs for youth including basketball, soccer and gymnastics. Must be enthusiastic and great with children.
