AQUA FIT & SWIM FOR ADULTS
Enhance your general fitness and cardiovascular health with workouts in a low or no impact, joint-friendly environment. Workouts are designed for the individual and may include lap swimming, swim instruction and aqua fitness cardio movement. It’s personal training in the pool! Learn to swim for fitness. Improve your swim technique for a better workout. Improve your athleticism and lower your risk of injury. Classes are designed for the beginning swimmer to the athletically experienced.
An instructor, dates and times will be assigned beforehand for this 4-week program (4 - 30 Minute Lessons, 1-3 participants).
Semi-Private lessons can be for up to 3 swimmers (First swimmer is $70-$85 and it is $50 for each additional swimmer).
