Personal Trainer Led Kettlebell Class

Have you ever been curious about how to effectively use and incorporate Kettlebells into your workouts? These unique and portable tools offer a full-body workout along with increased flexibility, balance, core strength and cardiovascular endurance. This program is for all ages and will teach you 1-2 different Kettlebell exercises at each session.
