The YMCA’s Barbell Club is a new community-building program designed for all ages to learn weight training or enhance their current weight training. Prior experience is not necessary to participate. Our goal is simple; build community by getting stronger together.
All participants receive a monthly program customized to their personal goals. Programs are written by a Y Personal Trainer or Strength & Conditioning professional. All coaches are NSCA certified as a Personal Trainer or a Strength and Conditioning Coach. All coaches also hold their USA - Weightlifting Certification. Coaches will provide programming for 2, 3, or 4 days of training.

Adults 19+: $20 a month
Youth (12—18): $15 a month
Program is designed for participants to train on their own schedule. Youth (12-18) have access live coaching each Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 3:30 - 5:00 PM.
