Not sure where to begin? Our Wellness Center Staff will walk you through the proper use of our cardio floor equipment and circuit training weight machines. An orientation lasts about an hour, schedule your appointment with the Welcome Center today.
Start your kids off on the right foot—get them into fitness today! All kids ages 9-13 are required to take our Family Fitness class along with a parent prior to being allowed to use the Wellness Center and Track. Family Fitness is a free orientation class, learn all the basics of working out on the machines and then begin working out together as a family! Please schedule an appointment for your orientation.
Personal Training allows you to consistently work one-on-one with a Nationally Certified Personal Trainer, and maximize your efforts. Our Personal Trainers can help break plateaus, push you to new limits, and challenge you while keeping exercises fun and fresh. Trainers are available throughout the day and evening and work with your schedule in mind.
Our training packages range from individual sessions of 1 to 15 meetings up to 3 or 6 month packages where you will train 1, 2 or 3 times a week.

The hardest part of your healthy lifestyle journey is getting started, staying motivated, and ultimately keeping active. The Y has many different modes of wellness from individual challenges to group exercise classes that will help push you to your goals.
Join our great group of instructors in our state-of-the-art aerobics studio for a variety of weekly workouts. Our instructors all hold nationally recognized certifications and have years of experience to assure you the best workout anywhere. Classes are included with membership fees, no advance registration required, just show up and enjoy!* A hard copy schedule** of class days and times is available at the Y. We have expanded the variety of classes each week; there is sure to be a class for everyone!

St. Patrick's Day race options for the whole family.
January 15 - March 8
This 9 week class will meet 2 times a week to give you all the tools you need to successfully complete the St. Patrick’s Day Fun Run. Race entry to the Fun Run is included in the cost.

The Lazyman Triathlon is a month long event where each individual or team works towards completing their swimming, biking, and running/walking distances. There are four different challenges to choose from: Ironman, 1/2 Ironman, Olympic, and Family Relay. Each person keeps track of their miles on their own mileage chart. PRIZES for everyone that completes their Challenge!
For anyone who has multiple sclerosis or other physical challenges who may be helped by aquatic exercises. Your life will never be the same once you experience this inspiring water exercise program held in the lap pool. Not only will it be therapeutic physically, but mentally as well. IDEAL FOR THE ENTRY LEVEL FITNESS SEEKER. NO REGISTRATION REQUIRED TO ATTEND.
Learn how simple yoga movements can impact your mental, emotional, & physical health needs. With it’s gentle design, this class is for the non-athlete who is new to fitness, or desires to return to fitness after a hiatus. It’s also ideal for those:
-dealing with chronic headaches
-coping with obesity
-returning to movement
-trying to maintain symptoms of depression & anxiety
The 60-minute class will be divided into 15 minute increments designed to increase
stamina & movement. You are invited to stay for 1,2,3, or all 4 increments. You determine when it’s time to pause or stop.

Come and learn about all the senior
programing that our YMCA has to offer. This 6-week program will include a basic wellness assessment, exposure to a variety of senior classes, & basic nutrition
information. Class is held in the
multipurpose room or the aerobics studio, depending on the programming for that day.
