First, don't worry, everyone's wellness journey is different and we can help guide you on your way. A free member orientation with our knowledgeable Wellness Center Staff is a good starting point where we will walk you through the proper use of our cardio floor equipment and circuit training weight machines. An orientation lasts about an hour, and is a great way to get through your first Y workout. Schedule your appointment with the Welcome Center today.
Two weeks is all it takes to get a great start to wellness. Our trainers will sit down with you to talk goals, perform an assessment, and design a specific two session training.

A family that works out together gets healthy together! Family Fitness is designed for families with children ages 9-13. Parents and children will walkthrough all the basics of cardio and weight equipment with certified Y staff to ensure safe and proper use. This orientation is FREE to members and can be scheduled with the Wellness Center staff.

This non-invasive health assessment will bring you to a better idea of where your current health status lies.
The assessment will go over non-fatiguing tests, specific vitals, and physical measurements that will include Cardiorespiratory, Strength, and Flexibility.

Want to incorporate weight training into your workouts, but not sure where to begin? You are not alone. This small group environment will help you learn more about technique and proper use of free weights.
Certified Y staff will lead each session. Space is limited, guarantee a roster spot and register today!
There is no prior experience necessary to participate. Our goal is simple, build community by getting stronger together.
Participants receive a customized
personal monthly program based on pre-determined goals. All Y coaches are NSCA certified as a Personal Trainer or a Strength and Conditioning Coach. All Y coaches also hold their USA - Weightlifting Certification.
Current workout routine getting stale? We understand. Keeping your mind stimulated is a big part of staying motivated. While a treadmill cardio or weight lifting workout are both good, they are not the only way to get exercise while at the Y. Shake up your routine, variety is key:
The Y offers designated times for both Men's and Women's pick up full court 5 on 5 basketball in the gym. See the current gym schedule.
The Y offers both live in-person classes and virtual classes with energetic nationally certified instructors! Over 50 different class times each week!
COVID NOTE: Due to state health regulations our in-person classes do require a reservation with limited class sizes of 9 participants in our studio, 15 participants in the gym and pool. You versus the pool. How many laps can you accomplish in one lap session? 32 laps is a mile. Down and back equals one lap. Lap lanes are by reservation and can be reserved online by setting up your online account.
Nationally certified trainers are on site to move you toward your wellness goals. We can help you rehab from injury, train for your next big race, or simply keep you motivated and focused.

In between seasons and still want to improve your game? Push yourself to be bigger, faster, and stronger. Training Includes a strength, speed, agility, and conditioning. Sessions run monthly throughout the summer. Beginning June 1.

These lessons are designed to give participants individualized attention in order to improve or master their swimming skills.
Together the instructor, participants and/or parent determine the goals for the session and the curriculum is customized to meet these goals. Each lesson is 30 minutes in length and are structured for 1 to 3 participants. Minimum of 4 lessons to start.
Once registered an instructor will contact you to set up your lessons based on your schedule.
COVID NOTE: Current guidelines only allow participants from the same household and a parent/guardian will need to be in the pool with the participant while the instructor stays on the pool deck for Levels 1 - 3. Level 4 - 6 participants will be in the pool on their own with the instructor on the deck following our usual lesson protocols.
