Want even more guidance? Jeff and Matt have the ability to train you virtually in the comfort of your own home!  Through the power of your internet connection we are able to come directly to you at home to give you advice, encouragement, and to push you to the goals you want to achieve.

Individual or group sessions are available.  Get together with your workout crew online for some training.  30 minute sessions.  Sign up for 4 sessions before April 10 and get one session FREE!  Save $20!

Maximize your efforts and work one-on-one with a Nationally Certified Personal Trainer. Break plateaus, push yourself to new limits, and challenge yourself all while keeping exercises fun and fresh. Trainers are available throughout the day and evening and work with your schedule in mind.

Training packages come in 5, 10, 15, or 20:

RAISE THE BAR - YOUTH SPORTS PERFORMANCE TRAINING

In between seasons and still want to
improve your game? Push yourself to be     bigger, faster, and stronger. Training can
be scheduled according to the participant and trainer’s schedule. Training Includes a strength, speed, agility, and conditioning
all directed towards the sport of their         preference. General plans for multisport athletes are also available. Packages include a Pre and Post test to assess improvements.
