Personal Training

Maximize your efforts and work one-on-one with a Nationally Certified Personal Trainer. Break plateaus, push yourself to new limits, and challenge yourself all while keeping exercises fun and fresh. Trainers are available throughout the day and evening and work with your schedule in mind.

Training packages come in 5, 10, 15, or 20:
30 Minute sessions
60 Minute sessions

FALL GROUP TRAINING SPECIAL

Your group will meet with a certified trainer 2 times a week for 8 weeks.  You pick the days and times! August 13 - October 19

Fee:
2 Members/NonMembers: $250/300 each
3 Members/NonMembers: $225/275 each
4+ Members/NonMembers: $200/250 each

RAISE THE BAR - OFF SEASON TRAINING

In between seasons and still want to improve your game? Push yourself to be bigger, faster, and stronger. Training can be scheduled according to the participant and  trainer’s schedule.

Package 1 (8 weeks - 24 sessions)
M W F -  Lifting, speed, agility, plyometrics, and conditioning

Fee:
2 Members/NonMembers: $300/350 each
3 Members/NonMembers: $250/300 each
4+ Members/NonMembers: $200/250 each

Package 2 (8 weeks -16 sessions)
T & TH -  Lifting, speed, agility,  plyometrics, and conditioning

Fee:
2 Members/NonMembers: $200/250ea
3 Members/NonMembers: $175/225ea
4+ Members/NonMembers: $150/200ea

TRAIN THE TRAINER

Be the trainer leading the workout, and run our fitness staff through a list of exercises of your choosing!  Prices will vary depending on which exercise you choose!

Group training participants receive:

· Weekly weigh-ins
· 8 weeks (Sixteen 1 - hour sessions) of expert advice from our personal trainers! A group of 2 is all you need!

Maintain your weight within two pounds and DOUBLE your reward with group training and earn a $40 YMCA voucher, good toward YMCA programs!
