two week tune up

Ready to get back in the game and off the couch?  Our trainers can get you moving again in this two week format to help you get active.

WEEK 1
Session 1 - Consultation
Session 2 - Health Assessment/Movement Screen

WEEK 2
Session 3 - 30 Minute Personal Training Session
Session 4 - 30 Minute Personal Training Session

PERSONAL TRAINING

Maximize your efforts and work one-on-one with a Nationally Certified Personal Trainer. Break plateaus, push yourself to new limits, and challenge yourself all while keeping exercises fun and fresh. Trainers are available throughout the day and evening and work with your schedule in mind.

Packages are also available for small groups of up to 4 people per group.  Train as a family or with friends.

COVID NOTE:  Trainers will wear a mask at all times while working with you one on one.  We will also be sanitizing equipment before and after your use.  Most sessions will happen in our Personal Training room to keep interactions with others to a minimum.  Training clients are not required to wear a mask while working out.  We do ask you wear a mask in all common areas of the Y facility while not strenously exercising.

VIRTUAL PERSONAL TRAINING

Our trainers have the capability to train you virtually in the comfort of your own home!  Through the power of your internet connection we are able to come directly to you, offer advice, encouragement, and motivate to the goals you want to achieve.

Individual or group sessions are available.  Get together with your workout crew online for some training.

RAISE THE BAR - YOUTH SPORTS PERFORMANCE TRAINING

In between seasons and still want to improve your game? Push yourself to be bigger, faster, and stronger. Training can be scheduled according to the participant and trainer’s schedule. Training Includes a strength, speed, agility, and conditioning all directed towards the sport of their preference. General plans for multisport athletes are also available. Packages include a Pre and Post test to assess improvements.

3 Day a week - Monthly Package
$100 Members or Non-Members

2 Day a week - Monthly Package
$75 Members or Non-Members

Minimum group size: 3
