Program Guide



Winter/Spring programs are being held, within the guidelines listed by the CDC and the state government to remain healthy and safe.

SWIM LESSONS: Swim lessons are currently on pause.  Pool will be allowed to reopen on January 4, 2021 and we are planning our Winter Sessions for Group, Private and Semi Private lessons. Keep watching for when we will open registration.

BARBELL CLUB: The YMCA’s Barbell Club is a new community-building program that is for all ages who like to weight train. There is no prior experience necessary to participate. Our goal is simple, it’s to build community by getting stronger together.  REGISTER ONLINE 

PERSONAL TRAINING: One on one in person training is NOW being offered.  Contact the Y for details 532-9622.

VIRTUAL TRAINING: We are also offering training through Zoom.  REGISTER ONLINE

WOMEN ON WEIGHTS: Want to incorporate weight training into your workouts, but not sure where to begin? You are not alone. This small group environment will help you learn more about technique and proper use of free weights.  REGISTER ONLINE 

HEALTH ASSESSMENTS: FREE for members in January 2021. This non-invasive health assessment will bring you to a better idea of where your current health status lies. The assessment will go over non-fatiguing tests, specific vitals, and physical measurements that will include Cardiorespiratory, Strength, and Flexibility.  REGISTER ONLINE

YOUTH BASKETBALL LEAGUE: (Pre K - 4th grade) January 21 - March 4
Participants will practice dribbling, coordination drills, and learn how to work with a team.
Masks are required for all players age 6 and older. REGISTER ONLINE

GYMNASTICS: Session 1 Jan. 19 - Feb. 23
(ages 2 & 3 with a parent) 
Tuesdays 6:15 - 6:45 pm 

(3 & 4 with little or no experience)
Tuesdays 6:50 - 7:20 pm

ROLLERS (ages 5 – 10)
Tuesdays 7:25 - 8:00 pm 



DISTANCE LEARNING: We are continuing our all day distance learning this 2020-2021 school year.  We will follow your student's school schedule and assist them with technology and their assignments.  More information and registration can be found on our School Aged Child Care webpage

HEALTH & SAFETY TRAINING: CPR/First Aid certification courses have resumed with one class each month.  REGISTER ONLINE



To make program registration easier for members and guests we offer online registration for most YMCA programs.


Financial Assistance is available for most programs and YMCA membership based on household size and income.  If you feel you would qualify for assistance, please download and return this form to the YMCA prior to registration:
