Beginning February 1, 2021. Six weeks. For 30 minutes a day, five days a week, we’ll experiment with challenges designed to open us up to a life that is STRONG. Take the Challenge, have some fun, and discover what it means to be STRONG in spirit, mind and body.

Every Tuesday at 6:00 pm we will be going LIVE on the Marshall Area STRONG Community with a 15 minute workout lead by one of our certified trainers.
This group is also here for everyone to stay motivated with one another over the 6 week challenge, we encourage you to post, like, comment and we'll all keep eachother accountable to our goals.
Prizes will be awarded randomly to Challengers throughout each week. To increase your chances of winning share what you're doing for your 30 minutes and encourage fellow challengers on our Facebook Community page. Winners will be announced in the Saturday RESET email.
