Week 1: Goals

Week One.  Day One.  Here we go!  Wait.  Where are we going?  We all have the same 6 week timeline, but we all have different goals we want to achieve.  Our coaching session focuses on setting that goal destination and following your road map to get there.  

REMEMBER: At minimum throughout the challenge our goal is to be active 20 minutes a day, 5 days a week.  Download the tracking calendar to stay on your path.

FACEBOOK COMMUNITY

Every Tuesday at 6:00 pm we will be going LIVE on the Marshall Area STRONG Community with a 15 minute workout lead by one of our certified trainers.  

This group is also here for everyone to stay motivated with one another over the 6 week challenge, we encourage you to post, like, comment and we'll all keep eachother accountable to our goals.
