Week 4: Balance

Over halfway through the challenge!  You've got this!  Your plate is full, and you have A LOT going on, and that can be overwhelming.  This week we focus on how to to remain in balance with our lives, work, school, family, and everything else.



Every Tuesday at 6:00 pm we will be going LIVE on the Marshall Area STRONG Community with a 15 minute workout lead by one of our certified trainers.  

This group is also here for everyone to stay motivated with one another over the 6 week challenge, we encourage you to post, like, comment and we'll all keep eachother accountable to our goals.  Join Jeff for this week's workout:
