Week 5: Grow

Feeling STRONGer?  This week your challenge is to try something new and get out of your comfort zone.  Try out a new workout, a new class, a new recipe, play a new game, the options are endless. 


Every Tuesday at 6:00 pm we will be going LIVE on the Marshall Area STRONG Community with a 15 minute workout lead by one of our certified trainers.  

This group is also here for everyone to stay motivated with one another over the 6 week challenge, we encourage you to post, like, comment and we'll all keep eachother accountable to our goals.  Join Trey for this week's workout:


Announced on Saturday, November 21.  Winners are picked randomly from all challengers, but it does help to get noticed in the Marshall Area STRONG Challenge facebook community.
