Policies

- Renters who cancel an event two to seven business days prior to the event must pay a $25 cancellation fee. Renters who cancel with less than two business days prior to the event must pay the full rental fee. Extenuating circumstances may warrant an exception to this policy.
- Rentals will start at minimum 1 hour after the facility opens and end 1 hour before the facility closes.
- The Y does not provide food or beverage. The Y is not responsible for leftover food or items that are left behind.
- The use of alcohol is prohibited.
- In order to have the YMCA set up the tables and chairs, you must notify us of the layout at least 7 days prior to rental date.
