Group Exercise at the Marshall Area YMCA

 

Group exercise classes are a great way to meet new people, kickstart a new routine, or enhance your fitness journey. And, with so many classes to choose from, the Y has something for everyBODY! All group exercise classes are free with a YMCA membership.

Join us for a fun-filled morning learning a variety of line dances! 

Stay Active & Independent for Life (SAIL) is all about keeping you strong and ready for anything. This class will focus on building strength and improving balance.
