RAISE THE BARRE
This class is set to upbeat music and is designed to tone the entire body while elevating the heart rate. You’ll use light weights, low-impact ballet, and Pilates-inspired exercises to get a full-body workout. This class offers a lot of options, so wherever you are on your fitness journey, this class is for you!
