Under the direction of the Group Fitness Coordinator and in accordance with the goals and objectives of the Marshall Area YMCA, a BODYPUMP instructor is responsible for learning and teaching BODYPUMP on a regular basis at the Y.
Completion of a Les Mills Initial Training to become certified in BODYPUMP is required.

Membership Staff is responsible for maintaining the welcome areas of the YMCA and greeting all members upon check in.
Part-time beginning in September. Must be available Evenings & Saturday Mornings. Swimming Lesson Instructor must be an energetic, dedicated and motivated individual who enjoys swimming and teaching children of all ages.
The YMCA is looking for responsible, caring individuals with demonstrated abilities in lifeguarding and life-saving skills.
Youth Sports Instructor is responsible for developing (lesson plans) and implementing sports programs including but not limited to youth basketball, soccer and gymnastics. Must be enthusiastic and great with children.
A Personal Trainer is responsible for developing and implementing specific fitness programs for each individual or small group of clients they are working with.
Under the direction of the Director of Youth Development and in accordance with the goals and objectives of the Marshall Area YMCA, Counselors are the primary staff working with a group of up to 120 children that are divided among three individual camps. Youth are ages entering Kindergarten to 8th grade.

Youth are ages 5-entering 8th grade
Custodians are the primary staff persons responsible for the general cleanliness, safety, and appearance of the Y facility and property.
