CPR/AED & First-Aid
CPR and First Aid classes at the YMCA give students comprehensive training in emergency care, including basic first aid, CPR, and how to use an automated external defibrillator (AED).
Jr. Lifeguard
This is a course designed to teach participants, ages 11-14, the basics of being a lifeguard. In this course students will learn how to recognize and prevent emergencies, utilize Emergency Action Plans, appropriate water rescues, proper swim techniques, surface diving to retrieve objects, and how to perform CPR.

Swim Instructor Training
Complete this blended course to earn your swim instructor certification. Participants must be 16 years or older.
