Rooms must be booked for a minimum of 2 hours. Set-up and cleanup time are included in the rental time.

Policies
1. Rentals will end 1 hour before the facility closes
2. In order to have the YMCA set up the tables and chairs, you must get the Room Layout Sheet filled out at least 2 weeks prior to rental date
3. There will be 1-hour gaps between rentals.
4. No Room Rentals from 8am-6pm Monday-Friday, June 1-Sept 4 (Summer Camp)
5. Renters who want to cancel 2-7 business days before their event can receive a refund but will be required to pay a $25 cancellation fee. Renters who want to cancel less than 2 business days can get a 50% refund.
