Rooms must be booked for a minimum of 2 hours. Set-up and cleanup time are included in the rental time.

Policies

- No Room Rentals from 8am-6pm Monday-Friday, June 5-August 18 (Summer Camp)
- Final payment is due seven days prior to the event date.
- Renters who cancel an event two to seven business days prior to the event must pay a $25 cancellation fee. Renters who cancel with less than two business days prior to the event must pay the full rental fee. Circumstances that by their serious, unpredictable, or uncontrollable nature warrant an exception to this policy.
- The Y does not provide food or beverage. The Y is not responsible for leftover food or items that are left behind.
- The use of alcohol is prohibited.
- In order to have the YMCA set up the tables and chairs, you must get the Room Layout Sheet filled out at least 7 days prior to rental date.
