Conquer the Shamrock Shuffle: Couch to Clover Training at the Marshall Area YMCA

We provide the plan, the people, and the push you need. This program is designed specifically for beginners and returning runners who want a supportive, step-by-step path to completing the Marshall Area YMCA Shamrock Shuffle 5K.

 

What to Expect:

  • Sunday Night Plan: Every Sunday evening, you will receive that week's training plan via email. You will know exactly what to do before the week even starts.

  • In-Person Sessions: Join us at the Y to stay motivated! These sessions are designed to keep you on track without the pressure of "keeping up."

    1. Group Warm-Up: We start together to get our muscles ready.

    2. Your Run/Walk: You are turned loose to complete your specific daily assignment at your own pace.

    3. Group Cool Down: We come back together for stretching and foam rolling to prevent injury and aid recovery.

All in-person sessions run January 5 – March 11, 6:30 – 7:30 p.m. at the Marshall Area YMCA.
