FUNCTIONAL INTERVAL TRAINING

Functional Interval Training with a nationally certified instructor will bring functional movement to metabolic conditioning as you master movement, blast fat, and build muscle! You can expect exercises that will be specific and modified to each individual’s abilities. Your instructor will actively coach you through the movements and be sure everything is done safely and efficiently to give you superior results!

TRACEY

  • Teaches F.I.T., RPM, and Zumba
  • Enjoys spending time with her family; she's the mother of 3 kids. She also loves being outside and trying new activities.
  • Decided to become a Group Exercise instructor because she enjoyed attending classes. After an instructor moved away, she was nervous but excited to fill the position.
  • "I have met some very good friends through Group Exercise. I have also loved learning from others and sharing what I've learned. Exercise is always changing, which keeps it fun."
