This is a circuit-based class that will focus on floor-based agility, strength and core exercises alternating with using the TRX suspension trainers to build strength, balance, flexibility and core stability. Participants can expect to rotate between the TRX suspension trainers and floor-based exercises using a variety of equipment to achieve a total body workout. Options and adjustments will be offered to meet you where you are in your fitness journey.
