A Celebration of Life for Charlie

Charlie Richard Fischer was born on January 17, 2021 to David and Samantha. Charlie sadly died the day following his birth. While his time on earth was far too short, his impact continues for miles and miles.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Charlie's celebration of life was limited to immediate family. While many events were still limited due to the pandemic, Samantha, an avid 5K racer, found participating in the Shamrock Shuffle to be the perfect chance to celebrate her son's life.

Since then, the tradition has grown with t-shirts, buttons, cheers, and green beverages, being a lighthearted celebration for a little boy gone too soon. David and Sam want to help spread the word on local resources and connections for families experiencing pregnancy and infant loss- available through the Maggie Jean Foundation run by Nancy and Paul Blanchard.
