Join us at the Marshall Area YMCA for an RPM Launch Party on November 1. Get ready for a group indoor cycling workout where you control the intensity. With great music pumping and the group spinning as one, your instructor takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints, and flat riding.

  • Everyone who attends will be entered into a giveaway!
  • All RPM classes will be free and open to the public from November 1 through November 15.
