TRAIN AT THE MARSHALL AREA YMCA THIS SUMMER

These training packages are for groups of 2 to 3 teammates or friends looking to focus on building strength, speed, agility, and mobility for performance-driven results. Each week, athletes will work directly with our trainers to create 3 60-minute individualized workouts that fit within everyone’s schedules.

One-Month Training Plan
$200 per individual
3 sessions per week for June OR July
Two-Month Training Plan
$365 per individual
Save $117 on 3 sessions per week for June AND July
