This form may still be completed; however, changes noted on this form are processed within 4 - 5 business days and not processed immediately. Please complete the form below to request a change to your current Marshall Area YMCA membership. These changes can include changing your membership type, adding a new member, or removing a member from your membership. Membership changes will be backdated to the date this form was submitted. A confirmation email will be sent to you once the change is complete. This form will not change your membership for any other YMCA other than the Marshall Area YMCA in Marshall, MN. If you do not belong specifically to this Y, this form will not complete your membership change.
Please note: If this membership change results in an additional fee, this fee will be added to your membership unit. If you are set up on automatic withdrawal for your membership dues, the additional fees will be processed to your billing method on file.
I understand that all membership changes that have increased my monthly membership dues will continue at the newly requested rate until I complete this form again to notify the Marshall Area YMCA of additional change requests.
