Rates

Rooms must be booked for a minimum of 2 hours. Set-up and cleanup time are included in the rental time.

Non-member Rate for 2 Hours $150
+ Additional Hours + $50 per hour
+ Bounce House + $25

Policies

    • Rentals will start at minimum 1 hour after the facility opens and end 1 hour before the facility closes.
    • Payment is due at time of booking. 
    • Renters who cancel an event two to seven business days prior to the event must pay a $25 cancellation fee. Renters who cancel with less than two business days prior to the event must pay the full rental fee. Extenuating circumstances may warrant an exception to this policy.
    • The Y does not provide food or beverage. The Y is not responsible for leftover food or items that are left behind.
    • The use of alcohol is prohibited.
    • In order to have the YMCA set up the tables and chairs, you must get the Room Layout Sheet filled out at least 7 days prior to rental date.
